As a Freelance Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in leading influencer strategy and relationship management across tech and telecom. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Accounts, Strategy, Creative, and Insights to deliver high-impact, social-first campaigns.

This role requires a strong background in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and campaign execution, with the ability to manage relationships at scale while ensuring cultural relevance and authenticity.

We are looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English and brings experience working with Latinx creators and communities, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances, trends, and opportunities within these audiences.


Requirements
  • Must be based in and able to work hybrid (2 days/week) from one of our U.S. offices: Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, or Miami
  • 3–5 years of agency or influencer marketing experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Proven experience working with Latinx creators, communities, or culturally relevant campaigns strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and creator landscape across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and production workflows
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencer & Creator Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers and creators across platforms
  • Establish trust and foster long-term partnerships through consistent communication and engagement
  • Identify and vet new creators, with a strong focus on Latinx and Spanish-speaking talent
  • Maintain an active understanding of creator trends, especially within Latinx communities and culture

Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Lead influencer strategy across campaigns, including profiling, creator selection, and engagement approach
  • Oversee briefing, content development, and approvals to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Ensure all campaigns meet high standards for quality, authenticity, and cultural relevance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, insight-driven campaign ideas

Production, Events & Activations

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content production, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead event and activation planning, including creator participation, logistics, and on-site execution where required
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, on brief, and to a high standard

Compliance, Budget & Operations

  • Ensure all influencer activity is compliant with FTC guidelines and brand requirements
  • Track budgets, manage invoices, and oversee creator contracts and legal agreements
  • Maintain accurate reporting, including performance tracking and campaign analysis
  • Ensure all third-party costs are approved and managed within budget

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and support client communications as needed
  • Contribute to presentations, reports, and campaign recaps
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

$7,000-$8,500 per month
