Who We Are

Interdependence is a dynamic, innovative, and results-focused public relations, communications, and integrated marketing firm. Powered by proprietary technology, we help brands, CMOs, founders, and entrepreneurs elevate their businesses and achieve meaningful outcomes. With a vibrant team of nearly 100 full-time professionals across the country and continued rapid growth, Interdependence is proud to be recognized as "One of America's Best PR Agencies" by Forbes.

At Interdependence, we foster a collaborative, supportive, and performance-oriented work environment. Our team members are encouraged to share fresh ideas, innovate, and pursue opportunities for professional development. We prioritize work-life balance, ensuring our team enjoys fulfilling personal and professional lives. Our commitment to delivering exceptional client results spans industries including consumer brands, travel, entertainment, technology, B2B, healthcare, and professional services. We embrace a diverse, inclusive culture that values creativity and excellence.

The Role

We are looking for a ruthless Project Manager who thrives on turning chaos into clean execution and isn’t afraid to push leadership to move faster. You’ll drive projects across marketing, sales, and back-office ops - keeping creatives, developers, and executives aligned, on-task, and accountable.

This isn’t a “check-the-box” coordinator role. We want someone with agency-level adaptability, extreme attention to detail, and the stamina to juggle oddly shaped projects - from newsletters and websites, to RevOps automations, to ops process clean-up.

If you’ve thrived in elite, high-pressure environments (think SpaceX, special forces, Hormozi/GaryVee-style orgs, network television, or top-tier agencies), you’ll feel right at home.

Must Haves
  • Monday.com Beast Mode – master of structure, tracking, and accountability
  • Direct experience managing sales & marketing projects (campaigns, websites, newsletters, RevOps, CRM, automation, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage across creatives, developers, and execs
  • Crystal-clear communicator (written & verbal), precise under pressure
  • Availability 10+ hrs/week, ideally overlapping Pacific Time
Nice to Haves
  • Agency experience
  • Back-office ops familiarity (billing, reporting, processes)
  • Track record thriving in high-intensity environments where deadlines are immovable and execution has to be flawless
  • Remote-friendly, but wired for fast, fair, no-BS culture

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
