Athlete to Athlete is the fast-growing sports-tech startup connecting NCAA Division I athletes with the next generation of youth athletes. With 20,000+ college athletes on the platform in under three years, we’re scaling quickly and great design is a massive part of how we tell our story.
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior/Mid-Weight Designer to support our Art Director in producing high-volume static assets across digital and social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who works quickly without sacrificing quality, is comfortable following established brand guidelines, and enjoys contributing fresh visual ideas.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality static graphics for social, web, and marketing channels
- Work closely with our Art Director to bring the A2A brand to life
- Follow established brand guidelines while contributing fresh visual ideas
- Work within templates and repeatable workflows to deliver at scale
- Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment
- Stay organized and maintain clean file structures for easy handoffs
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of graphic design experience
- Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator); Figma is a plus
- Comfortable with high-volume production work
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- A portfolio showcasing strong static design work
