The Opportunity

We’re seeking seasoned writers with proven experience creating content for wealth management, private banking, investing, and financial advisory audiences. This is an evergreen freelance opportunity ideal for writers we can call on for one of our biggest clients when projects require specialized financial knowledge, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, audience-centric stories.

You’ll collaborate with Pace employees to develop content across channels, adapting to brand voice while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and compliance awareness.


What You’ll Do

  • Write and edit high-quality content, including long-form thought leadership, web and social content, video scripts, executive communications, and sales enablement materials
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives around wealth, investing, financial planning, and related topics
  • Translate complex financial concepts into accessible, audience-appropriate language
  • Collaborate with editors and creative partners to refine content through revisions
  • Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions when needed
  • Apply brand guidelines and editorial standards consistently
  • Apply SEO and AI-aware content best practices to improve discoverability across traditional search and AI-driven platforms
  • Work confidently within established workflows and deadlines
  • Deliver clean first drafts that require minimal structural revision
  • Support content planning and idea development as projects require

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience writing for wealth management or financial services clients
  • Strong understanding of financial topics such as investing, retirement, planning strategies, and market insights
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy (especially in regulated environments)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
  • Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of professional writing or editing experience within the financial industry, either in-house or agency-side.

Engagement Details

  • Project-based assignments, as needed
  • Fully remote, with flexibility depending on project scope and timelines
