POSITION SUMMARY

We seek a Freelance Editor for an estimated 5+ month assignment, working on integrated campaigns (heavy cutting of social media reels around first-person shooter game campaigns).  If you're an avid gamer who enjoys editing reels around gameplay, this may be an excellent project for you. This role has the potential to transition to a staff position.

IMPORTANT CALL-OUTS
- This is a freelance-to-staff opportunity
- Campaign work includes cutting social assets required for the role. Still, it may also involve other digital content, such as interviews, commercial content, music videos, comedy, animation, trailers, etc.
- Some VFX or Motion GFX capabilities would be excellent
- Heavily focused on first-person shooter games - a love for Apex, Call of Duty, Valorant, or similar games is helpful
- TPG/Mutiny pays our freelance talent via W2 payroll. We will not issue 1099s to individuals for freelance work

ABOUT YOU

- You're an agile and versatile editor
- Integrated marketing agency experience absolutely required
- You have hands-on experience with various editing styles across social assets (social cuts absolutely required) and digital content, including interviews, commercial content, music videos, comedy, animation, trailers, etc.
- Experience with media management, cut downs, resizing, etc. 
- Keen ear for music and sound design
- You have excellent attention to detail 
- Experience with game capture and gaming assets is a plus 
- Thrives in fast-paced project situations and under deadlines 
- Commutable distance to Hollywood, California, is helpful, but not required

COMPENSATION:

Please note that the below range is payable via day rate (not hourly).  Also note that all freelance work is paid via W2 payroll at Trailer Park Group.
