Freelance CRM Campaign Manager to build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and automated workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot. Manage segmentation, QA, scheduling, track performance, report results, recommend optimizations, and collaborate with internal teams.
We’re looking for a freelance CRM Campaign Manager to support hands-on CRM execution across Salesforce and HubSpot. This role is focused on building, launching, and optimizing email campaigns and automated workflows - not platform architecture or long-term CRM strategy.
What you’ll do- Build and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Manage audience segmentation and list logic directly in the platforms
- Execute campaign sends, QA, and scheduling
- Track performance, report on results, and recommend optimizations
- Partner with internal teams in recurring working sessions
- Strong, hands-on experience in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Proven experience executing CRM email and automation campaigns
- Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end within the tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
The target range of base compensation for this role is $60.00 - $85.00 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
