The Opportunity
As a Fraud Solutions - Data Analytics - Risk Detect - Senior Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage within our Risk & Regulatory practice. As a Senior Manager, you will utilize your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment.
In this role at PwC, you will focus on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. You will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story will be crucial. Responsibilities
- Leading data analytics initiatives to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making for clients
- Developing and implementing innovative business intelligence solutions to optimize performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and tools such as Python, Oracle Business Intelligence, and QlikView to analyze complex data sets
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges effectively
- Overseeing the deployment of scalable data visualization and analytics solutions to support client objectives
- Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing change to enhance data analytics capabilities
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine analytics strategies
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
- Leveraging advanced data analytics tools like QlikView and Spotfire
- Demonstrating proficiency in Python and Java for data-driven solutions
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address complex challenges
- Excelling in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement
- Developing impactful business intelligence reports and dashboards
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
