Who We’re Looking For

    Arootah is seeking experienced Heads of Business Development and senior growth leaders to join our advisor network and support clients across the alternative investment landscape.
     
    As part of the network, you may be engaged with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to provide strategic, project-based leadership across growth strategy, market positioning, partnership development, and business expansion initiatives.

Core Areas of Expertise

    • Developing and executing business development and growth strategies for alternative investment firms
    • Supporting market positioning, relationship management, and strategic partnership initiatives
    • Identifying opportunities to expand investor, client, and industry relationships
    • Partnering with leadership teams on go-to-market planning and growth execution
    • Advising on pipeline development, competitive positioning, and business expansion strategies
    • Supporting fundraising readiness, investor engagement, and strategic communications initiatives

What You Bring

    • Prior experience as a Head of Business Development, Investor Relations leader, or equivalent senior growth leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
    • Deep understanding of the alternative investment industry and institutional relationship landscape
    • Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
