We’re hiring a Fractional CMO to lead marketing strategy and accelerate measurable growth for our award-winning learning programs. This is a senior, performance-based leadership role ideal for an experienced CMO, VP of Marketing, or senior marketing executive who wants high impact with flexible hours.

What you’ll do
  • Define and own high-level marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for global reach.
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels to attract, engage, and convert senior professionals.
  • Lead brand and content strategy to elevate visibility across digital and thought-leadership channels.
  • Design performance metrics and dashboards to measure marketing ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external consultants to scale initiatives.
  • Represent LiveHappy Initiative credibly in industry forums and peer groups.


RequirementsWhat success looks like (first 6–12 months)
  • Clear, documented marketing strategy and roadmap aligned to revenue and growth goals.
  • Measurable lift in qualified inbound leads to conversion rate.
  • Launch of at least one scalable acquisition channel with demonstrable ROI.
  • Strong external positioning: events, content placements, or partnerships that raise brand credibility.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP, Head of Marketing, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Deep experience with digital acquisition, content/brand strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-based engagement model.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder; experienced working with senior peers.
  • No cold calling required — role focuses on strategic leadership and high-value outreach.
