About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Fractional CTO to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can take a product from concept to launch. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our next-generation SaaS platform, built with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) at its core.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect the product’s technical foundation.
  • Build and deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Lead the integration and experimentation with AI/LLM technologies.
  • Drive rapid prototyping to move from idea, working product quickly.
  • Ensure scalability and robustness of the product architecture.
  • Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, Lead Engineer, or equivalent).
  • Strong hands-on coding ability (preferably full-stack).
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration.
  • Expertise in SaaS architecture and cloud infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a lean, agile startup environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
