Who We’re Looking For

    Arootah is seeking experienced Chief Technology Officers and senior technology leaders to join our advisor network and support clients across the alternative investment landscape.
     
    As part of the network, you may be engaged with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to provide strategic, project-based leadership across technology infrastructure, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Core Areas of Expertise

    • Building, modernizing, and optimizing technology infrastructure across alternative investment firms
    • Overseeing systems architecture, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology operations
    • Driving technology transformation, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
    • Partnering with investment, operations, and leadership teams to align technology with business objectives
    • Leading vendor selection, systems integration, and technology governance initiatives
    • Managing technology risk, business continuity, and data security frameworks

What You Bring

    • Prior experience as a Chief Technology Officer or equivalent senior technology leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, family office, or financial services organization
    • Deep understanding of investment management technology infrastructure and operating environments
    • Proven track record of leading technology transformation and scaling enterprise systems
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
