In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring timely invoicing, and overseeing payroll accuracy for our team. Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all billing processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for employees.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Implement and monitor best practices in billing and payroll management.
- Support financial reporting and analysis as required.
- Respond to inquiries related to billing and payroll from team members and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Billing and Payroll Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
