The Position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our Culligan Quench HQ finance team. This role will support key financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across various business units and functions. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of corporate FP&A experience and is ready to step into a role that combines both financial rigor and business partnership. This position is remote, with occasional travel to our King of Prussia, PA headquarters. The role reports to the Vice President, FP&A, will work closely with the CFO and will collaborate with the operational and finance teams in all Culligan Quench Business Units.


Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans

· Support month-end financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive reporting packages

· Improve processes and assume ownership of reporting and forecasting headcount, other income, and capex

· Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making

· Analyze trends in business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and growth

· Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives

· Help streamline and improve forecasting and reporting processes through automation and tool development

· Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior leadership


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate FP&A or financial analysis roles

· Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills

· Familiarity with financial systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, or similar)

· Experience with ERP systems is a plus

· Strong communication skills and the ability to present data clearly to non-financial stakeholders

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
