FP&A Senior Financial Analyst / Manager

We are looking for a strategic and analytical finance partner to join our team. This role will drive meaningful business insights and help shape key decisions through financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. Duties and Responsibilities:- Analyze actual financial results versus AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and prior year performance; provide actionable insights to improve results
- Lead monthly financial reporting and KPI tracking for the overall business, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain (MBR)
- Collaborate with department heads to support decision-making with robust financial analysis and forecasting
- Design and automate dashboards and reporting tools for easy access to financial performance metrics
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to support annual and quarterly forecasts
- Support debt covenant compliance and reporting to financial institutions
- Maintain weekly cash flow projections to ensure financial health and planning accuracy
- Deliver monthly reporting and KPI dashboards with actionable insights by established deadlines
- Complete AOP and quarterly forecasts with strong cross-functional alignment
- Maintain weekly cash flow forecasts with high accuracy and usability for leadership
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of debt covenant reports and financial models
- Improve access to financial data through automation and dashboard development
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce
- Proficiency in building automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of financial compliance and debt reporting requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Senior Financial Analyst: 3+ years of FP&A experience
- FP&A Manager: 5+ years of FP&A experience with leadership exposure
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing or medical device industries preferred
