Role Summary:
Harbinger Motors is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our growing team to add crucial support in areas such as reporting, data, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and financial modeling. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Be the owner of all things data for the Finance Department and drive process improvements in existing systems; identify and propose new tools.
- Develop a team of Financial Analysts, creating a collaborative and high performance work environment.
- Work closely with the Accounting group to drive and enhance synergies between the two functions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.

- Provide SVP of Finance with ad hoc support for new initiatives and requirements that will arise due to the business rapidly growing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an emphasis in Accounting.
- 5-8+ years of relevant Finance experience.
- CPA/CPA Eligibility preferred, but not required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

California Pay Range
$140,000—$160,000 USD
