What You'll Do as an FP&A Manager
- Lead the Lottery vertical's financial planning processes including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
- Execute weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting analysis, presenting risks and opportunities along with actionable items to senior leadership
- Actively interpret and review financial results with leadership, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to drive meaningful responses and deliver performance management targets
- Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models to assess business opportunities, risks and ROI.
- Drive process improvements in FP&A systems, tools, and reporting workflows.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Accounting, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product and Analytics.
What You'll Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven strength in financial modeling and data analysis; advanced Excel skills required.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. (Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive leadership)
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work independently through ambiguity.
- Prior experience or knowledge of the sports, media, entertainment, gaming, or technology sectors is a plus.
