GHJ has partnered with a reputable entertainment organization that is seeking a highly analytical FP&A professional to join its Accounting and Finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting leadership with sophisticated financial insights, forward-looking modeling, and clear data storytelling that informs strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, curiosity, and the ability to translate complex information into compelling, executive-ready narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership throughout the annual budgeting and reporting cycles.
- Design and maintain flexible financial models and scenario analyses to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external vendors to validate assumptions and ensure the integrity of model inputs.
- Partner with the accounting team to enhance data architecture, validation processes, and governance standards.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline data collection, increase accuracy and consistency, and improve overall reporting efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business analysis, or similar roles.
