We’re growing quickly and looking for an FP&A Analyst to support our core finance operations and help scale our reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.

This role is ideal for someone early in their FP&A career who is analytical, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow into a high-impact finance role at a fast-paced SaaS startup.

What You’ll Do
  • Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, ARR tracking, KPI updates, and department-level spend reviews.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining financial models used for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure data accuracy across revenue, expenses, and headcount.
  • Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards for department leaders, executives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning by helping maintain headcount files, hiring plans, and cost modeling.
  • Help maintain Adaptive Insights (or spreadsheet-based models) by updating assumptions, data loads, mappings, and reporting templates.
  • Provide data and documentation for external audits and support Accounting with ad hoc requests.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for strategic requests, special projects, and process improvements across Finance.
What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis (internships acceptable).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills—comfortable with formulas, modeling logic, and data manipulation.
  • SaaS or startup experience is a plus, but not required.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed.
  • A proactive mindset—someone who takes ownership and wants to grow into a Senior Analyst role.

Compensation:

$84,000 - $110,000 annually + equity
