Founding Product Marketing Manager

About Us

Partnerships drive 30–50% of revenue for modern companies, yet most partner teams still run on spreadsheets, email, slack, and CRMs that were never built for them — losing time, deals, and momentum in the process.

EULER is the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams — built to replace manual work, eliminate partner friction, and turn partner activity into repeatable, measurable revenue. Our mission: make partner revenue scalable and predictable.

We grew 600% YoY in 2025 and serve industry leaders. We move fast, build intentionally, and would love to meet you if you’re excited to solve big problems and shape the future of partner tech.

The Role

EULER is modernizing the PRM category — and we’re hiring our Founding Product Marketing Manager to lead the work.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll build Product Marketing at EULER from day one — refining positioning, leading launch strategy, and establishing EULER as the AI-native PRM modern partnership teams actually want to use.

This is a true zero-to-one role. You’ll define how the function operates, how launches run, and how EULER communicates value — turning product innovation into clear commercial advantage as the connective tissue between Product and Revenue.

You’ll be EULER’s first PMM hire, with a mandate to scale the function into a team as we grow. The work you do will shape how the market understands a modern PRM.

What You’ll Do
  • Positioning & Messaging: Define EULER’s positioning as the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams — sharpening differentiation from legacy PRMs and codifying the messaging pillars every team markets, sells, and builds against.
  • Define EULER’s voice in market: Set the POV and messaging pillars that fuel Marketing’s thought leadership, webinars, and customer education programs.
  • Stand up a launch operating cadence: Establish the cross-functional rhythms and artifacts that turn every release into commercial momentum, not a changelog entry.
  • Product Launch Strategy: Lead product launch strategy and narrative for new features and expansion initiatives — defining audience, message, and proof points; partnering with Marketing on campaigns and channels.
  • Enable Marketing: Partner closely with Marketing to make every campaign, launch, sales asset, and customer-facing message commercially sharp, product-accurate, and tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Sales & CS Enablement: Equip Sales and Customer Success with the pitch decks, playbooks, and training they need to sell and expand confidently — and feed win/loss insights and field signal back into positioning, enablement, and the roadmap.
  • Customer Proof & Thought Leadership: Build the customer proof strategy (case studies, ROI data, references) and set the POV that fuels Marketing’s thought leadership, webinars, and education programs. Marketing runs the engine; PMM owns the substance.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Track competitors across PRM, affiliate, and ecosystem tooling — synthesizing signal into POVs that inform roadmap, messaging, and commercial strategy.
  • Instrument PMM’s impact: Define and report the metrics that prove product marketing’s contribution — message resonance, launch impact, win rates, expansion, adoption.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years of Product Marketing in B2B SaaS, with meaningful zero-to-one experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
  • Category builder: Proven ability to reposition categories and define differentiated narratives that shift how buyers think.
  • Ecosystem fluency: Strong understanding of partner-led growth, channel revenue, or ecosystem platforms (PRM, affiliate, or adjacent GTM spaces).
  • Executive partner: Comfortable working directly with executive leadership on growth strategy and operating without a playbook.
  • Revenue impact: Track record of driving measurable revenue impact through launches and enablement.
  • Storyteller: Exceptional writing — you turn product capability into narrative that reps memorize, customers understand, and buyers repeat.
  • Analytical rigor: Comfort with win/loss, attribution, and adoption data — and a POV on what to measure, not just how to report.
Why Join
  • Founding seat, team to build: Lead Product Marketing from day one with the autonomy to define the function and grow the team behind it.
  • Category-modernizing work: Own the narrative that redefines what a PRM is — establishing EULER as the AI-native standard.
  • Executive exposure: Work directly with the founders and revenue leadership on the strategy that shapes EULER’s next stage.
  • Real traction: Join a team that grew 600% YoY in 2025.
  • Culture: High-impact team that values speed, ownership, and creativity.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
