Work with founders as the first non-technical hire to design and run multi-channel growth experiments, build influencer and community partnerships, create marketing content, set up and analyze tracking, engage in online communities, and talk to users to refine product and messaging to drive revenue and user growth.
You will be our first non-technical hire, working directly with the founders to spread the word about Floot and drive our growth. Your actions will directly impact our revenue and user base while actively shaping the public image of the company.
- Work directly with the founders to implement growth strategies and influence product direction
- Plan, experiment with, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Build partnerships with influencers, creators, and community leaders
- Write and publish compelling marketing content (emails, landing pages, social posts, blogs, etc)
- Set up and analyze tracking to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities
- Be active in communities (Reddit, Twitter, Discord, etc) to drive engagement and gather insights
- Talk to users regularly to understand their needs and refine messaging
- Are resourceful, creative, and scrappy - you find ways to make things happen
- Are excited to work at the intersection of AI, developer tools, and no-code
- Thrive in ambiguity and value ownership
- Have strong communication and writing skills
- Are comfortable with both strategy and execution
- Are data-informed but not afraid to trust your intuition

The base pay range for this role is $100 – $200 per year.
