The RoleWe’re looking for a scrappy, full-stack Growth Marketing Lead to own marketing from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders to:
Build awareness & credibility in a niche, high-trust industry
Develop content and messaging that resonates with decision-makers
Drive demand generation through events, partnerships, and creative growth plays
This is not a “deck-writing” role - you’ll be executing directly, moving fast, and helping shape the GTM motion as one of our first hires.
What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end marketing: content, events, demand gen, and brand experiments
Turn early customer wins into case studies & stories that drive referrals
Make our CEO a recognized thought leader in the industry
Work cross-functionally with sales to develop personas, messaging, and collateral
3–5 years in B2B SaaS or supply chain/logistics marketing (startup experience strongly preferred)
Comfortable being hands-on—writing, shipping, testing yourself
Excited to build marketing from scratch at a fast-moving, VC-backed startup
