Tokenization is the most significant infrastructure upgrade in modern capital markets, enabling programmable, real-time settlement of financial assets using blockchain rails. The tokenization market has grown to over $25 billion, expanding 300% year-over-year, yet still represents less than 0.01% of the $500+ trillion in global financial assets.

We are backed by top investors across both traditional finance and crypto: Archetype, Jump, Solana. Our team comes from the best companies in Silicon Valley and Wall Street.

What You’ll DoOur goal is to be used daily by everyone working in institutional digital assets. As the platform where market participants both showcase and discover critical data, you'll be responsible for accelerating adoption on both sides of our ecosystem. If successful, we will become the dominant financial data company as Wall Street moves on-chain.
So far, our growth has been product-led:
Our data has become the primary source for market intelligence, driving consistent media coverage and institutional citations
Market participants use the platform to track and showcase their position, creating natural network effects
Product features are designed for sharing in professional contexts, from board decks to social channels
Your work will be to double down on this product-led growth motion, establish new growth loops, and create systems for continued success. You will be responsible for:
Building our content engine to capture demand from institutional teams researching tokenized assets
Identifying and optimizing key activation moments that convert visitors into engaged users
Creating scalable systems for user-generated distribution through product features and incentives
Developing acquisition channels that reach decision-makers at financial institutions
Designing experiments to increase platform stickiness and daily active usage
Establishing attribution and measurement frameworks to understand what drives sustainable growth
Partnering with product and engineering to embed growth mechanics into core workflows
Orchestrating marketplace dynamics to ensure supply (data contributors) and demand (institutional users) grow in harmony
3-5 years in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or growth product roles, ideally at fintech or data companies
Proven success establishing a new growth channel from the ground up, ideally content/SEO
Strong product sense and ability to identify growth opportunities within product flows
Experience with marketplace or platform businesses where network effects drive growth
Obsession with storytelling and branding
Data-driven mindset, skilled in SQL, with experience using common product analytics tools
Ability to work autonomously, driving multiple projects to success
Builder mentality - you've taken ideas from 0 to 1 and thrive in early-stage environments
You’ll meet Charlie, one of our cofounders. He’ll ask in-depth questions about your work history, as well as give you an overview of our company and culture.
The next step is a take-home case study, with the goal of learning about how you approach growing startups.
After the take-home, you’ll meet us on-site to review it with Adam, our CEO. You’ll also whiteboard solutions to other growth problems, and enjoy a delicious lunch with the team.
Optionally, we’d like to have you work with us as a contractor on a real-life growth project. We understand that this is not always possible, but have found that it lets both sides make a more informed decision about working together.
Finally, we’ll ask for references with past colleagues and compile a formal offer
