The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Flight Crew Operations Manual (FCOM) organization is seeking a highly motivated Flight Technical Data Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join the team in Seal Beach, California.
Position Overview:
The Flight Technical Data Specialist supports the creation and maintenance of the Flight Crew Operations Manual (FCOM) and Quick Reference Handbook (QRH).

- Performs analysis and development of flight crew operations procedures, task listings, operations manuals, pilot's checklists and/or the software/data
- Converts engineering data for use by flight crews
- Performs the development, revision and instruction of flight crew training materials
- Performs consultation related to in-flight emergencies and accidents
- Collect information on customer publishing systems and digital data needs
- Obtains regulatory authority certification/approval of operation and engineering documents
Work Authorization:

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 2+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 2+ years of experience in a team-based environment
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in support of aerospace products, including commercial or military airplane flight operations
- Currently hold a pilot license or pilot experience.
- Experience working with Flight Crew Operations (Pilots, flight crew)
- Publication Experience (Adobe frame, SQL Databases, XML, Python)
