The Flight Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching aircraft, ensuring passenger and cargo boarding and compliance with safety regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for carrying out activities related to the dispatch of flights of aircraft in the fleet, operationalizing the procedures for boarding and unboarding passengers, baggage and cargo, at the operating and remote bases, to ensure flight safety and compliance with ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency) determinations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma;
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Radio Operator Course (Desirable);
- Basic knowledge of Aeronautical Regulations;
- Basic English knowledge;
- Must be able to operate MS Office Suite and some Web-Based Computer Programs, (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
