Flatbed Capacity Sales Representative
Remote, USA

 We are seeking a Flatbed Capacity Sales Representative to support our Account Managers. This individual will be responsible for providing assistance through maintaining developed business relationships. Responsibilities will include: negotiating rates and schedules, working together to implement time and cost-saving innovations, providing technology and data to carriers to ensure all parties are on the same page, and working hand in hand with carriers to provide outstanding service to customers.


 Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with customers, agents and other team members
  • Research load information
  • Report client requests
  • Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are met
  • Negotiate price and cost of carrier services
  • Update service-level reports and provide analysis on results
  • Escalate ongoing performance issues to Carrier Relations Manager

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous carrier sales experience specialized in open deck and flatbed carriers
  • Ability to build strong inter-professional relationships
  • Experience working with carriers and operational knowledge in telecommunications
  • Experience in analyzing data and communicating information to the appropriate party
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects and issues at the same time in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
