Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for a FinOps Business Analyst. The FinOps team at AllCloud supports existing customers in their cloud journey by working with different departments and helping customers optimize their cloud costs. This exciting position is critical in delivering cloud cost optimization services and ensuring customers receive maximum value from this service.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Consult customers on cost-optimization best practices for their cloud usage 
  • Present and give demos of AllCloud’s Reseller Programs and tools
  • Comprehensive support of the company’s customers
  • Work on customer requirements
  • Work with DevOps, Solutions Architects, and internal teams to implement optimization strategies
  • Keep the sales team up to date on customer status for renewal/expansion opportunities
  • Create customized cost reports
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or related roles in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting complex cloud billing data.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cost management tools.
  • Excellent Excel, SQL, or Python skills for cost analysis and reporting.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions and consulting services.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to influence executives.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or FinOps Certified Practitioner.
  • Experience with multi-cloud cost optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with automation tools for cost management and reporting.
