Job Description

  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with finance teams to understand their business objectives, finance processes, and specific requirements for implementing Oracle Fusion Financials.
    • Documents and visualize various business processes using Microsoft Word and Visio.
  • Solution Design:
    • Based on the gathered requirements, participate in the solution design to ensure the business requirements are met.
    • Works with software consultants to translate business and design requirements into technical requirements.
    • Assist with setting planning parameters, configuring workflows, identifying custom requirements.
    • Support the migration of data into Oracle Fusion Financials. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.
  • Testing and Validation:
    • Build test cases for Pilot Testing and UAT.
    • Assist business team with thorough testing of the configured system to ensure it aligns with the defined requirements and functions as expected. Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in functionality.
    • Manages open issue list and drives issue to completion in a timely manner.
  • Training and Documentation:
    • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to effectively utilize the Oracle Fusion Finance system.
    • Create comprehensive documentation for system configuration, processes, and user guidelines, including Day in the Life documents and monthly activity calendar
  • Project and Task Management
    • Assist Project Manager with development and management of project plan
    • Ensure project stays on track and on time
    • Manage Go-Live Cutover Checklist

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • CPA accreditation preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance or a related field
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion, Oracle EBS, or other large ERP systems
  • ERP implementation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of project management software and methodologies preferred
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Proven success in a fast paced, results oriented and continually changing environment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft office programs.

Pay Range: $115,000-$130,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
