The Opportunity
As a Financial Services International Tax Consulting you will advise clients on international tax planning, compliance, and strategy within our Tax Services practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop team members, manage multiple workstreams, and use sound judgment to analyze complex tax matters while maintaining quality and timelines. In this role at PwC, you will help multinational businesses structure global tax positions, interpret international tax laws and regulations, and develop approaches that address tax risk and support client goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading international tax consulting workstreams for financial services clients across cross-border structuring, compliance, and planning
- Advising on global tax positions by analyzing tax laws, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures
- Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements
- Reviewing tax research, modeling, provisions, disclosures, and documentation for technical accuracy and consistency
- Coaching team members through feedback, review cycles, and development opportunities
- Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities within complex organizational and transaction structures
- Supporting tax governance, reporting, and documentation for multinational client portfolios
- Applying knowledge of controlled foreign companies, foreign tax credits, BEPS, and tax accounting in client solutions
- Communicating findings and recommendations to client leaders and internal stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, independence requirements, and firm conduct expectations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
