Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager / Director to lead and enhance our financial planning processes, provide strategic financial guidance, and drive profitable growth. This role will involve collaborating with senior leadership, developing financial models, and analyzing key metrics to identify risks and opportunities for the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance, including scenario analysis, investment evaluations, and business case development.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and insights to executive management and stakeholders, highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives, investments, and strategic plans.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to identify risks and drive operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising to align financial goals with business objectives and support profitable growth.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives related to financial performance improvement, process optimization, and strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (preferably in the retail industry).
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning software; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
