As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) lead, you will drive the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of professional services revenue streams, working closely with multiple teams to optimize service profitability and financial performance.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for professional service organizations.
     

  • Develop financial models for revenue, utilization, margins, and cost optimization.
     

  • Provide financial insights into key SaaS and professional services metrics.
     

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Professional Services teams on financial assessments.
     

  • Support pricing, contract negotiations, and staffing optimization decisions.
     

  • Enhance financial reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial policies.

 

This is a remote based role within EST or CST time zone. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.  

What you bring to the team:

  • 6–8 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a software/SaaS environment.
     

  • Expertise in SaaS business models, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and professional services financials.
     

  • Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
     

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization.
     

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday) and FP&A tools (e.g. Oracle NSPB).
     

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Salary range* 130,000 - 140,000 USD
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
