SRAM is seeking innovative and passionate individuals to join us for a unique summer internship experience. Our interns will join a team of highly collaborative and cross-functional professionals who lead the industry in bicycle component products. Our FP&A team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter that looks forward to providing insights and opportunities in various areas of the organization.
Responsibilities
  • We will look to push your development as an analyst and a leader alike through comprehensive, on-the-job training and personalized summer liaisons to help you navigate your internship.
  • Interns will be given significant projects along with the opportunity to interact with and present to leadership.
  • Focus on ad hoc projects that provide insight on opportunities for continuous improvement in the organization such as customer and sales reporting.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within the Finance team.
  • In general, support better reporting and analysis across the organization that provides insights and information for the business to make better decisions.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
  • CPA or CFA optional.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
