THIS ROLE IS ON SITE IN NEWPORT BEACH, CA and NOT remote.


Position Overview

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial management, month-end close, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role works closely with PE ownership, Finance & Executive leadership, and the accounting team to maintain forecast models, develop executive and Board-level reporting, and analyze clinic and service-line performance.

This role is ideal for candidates with accounting, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking experience looking to grow into a strategic FP&A function.


Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, reviewing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

• Maintain rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis

• Develop reporting packages for leadership and Board meetings

• Analyze clinic-level performance, payroll/labor trends, membership growth, inventory, and profitability

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives

• Contribute to dashboards and automated reporting tools

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 Base


Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Nice to have: Power BI or SQL experience

• Understanding of medspa industry is a plus
