STV is seeking a Financial Controls Analyst for our PM/CM group in Los Angeles.
This position supports cost management, budgeting, and compliance processes to mitigate financial and reputational risks associated with the Facility Reinvestment Program and Customer-Funded projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain e-Builder cost module (10%)
- Establish and maintain cost controls (10%)
- Review and analyze cost data (20%)
- Set up and maintain vetted project budgets across multiple systems (20%)
- Oversee processing of commitments to ensure proper documentation and approvals (20%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Equivalent experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain cost and schedule controls using multiple systems and tools in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Business Impact
This role enables the P&PM Division to strengthen financial oversight and quality assurance, reducing risks tied to increased program delivery volume and client expectations. By leveraging enterprise systems (e.g., e-Builder, Gordian Cloud), the position ensures accurate reporting and compliance, addressing current gaps in staffing and workload alignment.
This position is on site 5 days a week.
Compensation Range:
