Responsibilities:
- Operational daily monitoring and audit of outbound and inbound payment transactions
- Analyse payment flows to detect anomalies, errors, or suspicious patterns
- Review high-risk transactions and escalate the findings
- Test the effectiveness of payment controls, including thresholds and limits
- Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of payment audit logs, case reviews, and investigation outcomes
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to strengthen payment monitoring controls
