Job Description:

Crowe is seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team and provide essential support to our Financial Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and practices. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping the financial manager make informed decisions that drive the success of Crowe.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for Business Unit Senior Management.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Financial Manager to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

  • Financial Analysis: Work with the Financial Manager to conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions; assist in developing financial models to assess potential outcomes and risks.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection processes and maintain data quality.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree

  • Advanced Excel skills, including XLookup and Pivot Tables

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficient with other Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint

  • Ability to take direction and work independently while collaborating with a team to find the best solution

  • Basic understanding of public accounting and/or professional services business model

  • Curiosity

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $81,700.00 - $168,100.00 per year.
