As a Financial Analyst at Cardata, you will manage financial reporting, analyze key metrics, provide insights for strategic decisions, and collaborate with leadership on financial planning.
As a data-driven and proactive Financial Analyst with experience in a SaaS environment you will own financial reporting, analyze key metrics, and support strategic decision making at Cardata. You will play a key role in driving financial insights that shape business decisions, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare comprehensive reports on financial performance and key metrics for both internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, board and bank reporting
- Manage and maintain the cash model, budget, and financial forecasts to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
- Own ARR reporting and conduct budget vs. actual (BvA) analysis, providing insights to educate stakeholders, track financial performance and drive performance improvements
SaaS Metrics & Business Intelligence
- Evaluate the financial impact of partnerships and expansion opportunities through financial modeling and scenario planning
- Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations for growth strategies and investment decisions

What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis in a SaaS company
- Experience working in small company and/or start-up environment
- Proven ability to execute financial analysis tasks independently and take ownership of reporting processes
- Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metric calculations
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and financial reporting software
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills to support decision-making at all levels
- A growth mindset and drive to learn, continuously improving financial processes and adapting to evolving business needs
- Highly organized, reliable, and accountable—able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
