Job Description

What You Will Do:

Budgeting and Forecasting for Commercial, Marketing & Product Management:

  • Develop and lead the annual OPEX budget.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual OPEX forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on variances to plan, providing explanations for significant deviations.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Complete monthly close activities related to OPEX of supported functions such as expense accruals, inter-company charges
  • Analyze historical and current data to identify trends and variances.
  • Prepare reports and review results/forecast with functional leaders.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and provide insights to areas for cost control.
  • Collaborate with other function to collect information and develop understanding for reporting.

Business Partnering:

  • Work closely with department heads to understand their OPEX requirements and provide financial guidance.
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for new initiatives and projects.
  • Provide financial support for contract negotiations and vendor management.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

How You Get Here:

  • Advanced knowledge of excel
  • Proven financial abilities, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, as well as root cause data interpretation
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Organized and capable at prioritizing workload to deliver on time while achieving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with large and complex data and with communicating findings to senior management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
  • 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting or related field, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$130,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
