Financial Analyst II, SQLThe pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range:
$88,221.00 - $132,331.00Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40- Create reporting and analytics using other business tools and platforms as needed (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Dundas)
- Designs, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Processes and analyzes large data sets for the purposes of gaining important business insights and identifying trends
- Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to support management decision-making
- Prepares accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actuals reports, and ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including internal systems and external databases
- Supports month-end and year-end close process and performs reconciliations as needed
- Maintains and updates standard reporting & analysis to support operational decisions.
- Facilitates project deliverables and testing
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required
- 3-5 years of prior relevant experience required
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and core financial statements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid data mining skills and familiarity with tools like SQL
