What we're looking for?
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A to become a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis team. Within this role, you will prepare and analyze business results on periodic basis and foster strong working relationships with your internal clients/partners.

What You’ll Do?

  • Maintain and improve financial models to support monthly management reports and analysis, forecasting process and strategic business decisions

  • Monitor and provide insights based on analyses, key metrics activities and financial results to drive business decisions

  • Proactively identify and monitor P&L risks and opportunities, develop models and provide recommendations to aid business leaders with their strategic decisions

  • Play an active role in budget cycle

  • Identify and take initiatives to resolve areas of improvement in current processes

  • Ad-hoc analyses as required

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 3-4 years of progressive experience in a finance role in a fast-paced matrix environment supporting multiple stakeholders

  • Degree in accounting/business/commerce, with preference for those working towards or completed CPA designation

  • Strong business fundamentals and financial acumen, logical and efficient, with keen attention to details

  • Ability to work independently with roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as required on an ad-hoc basis

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment with competing priorities and quick turnaround time

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills

  • Service excellence with client-first mindset, and work to deliver solutions that meet your internal clients’ needs

  • Experience working with senior leaders and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Result-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environment and see value in continuous improvement

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills

  • Experience with SFDC, Power BI is an asset

  • Experience with SaaS industry is an asset
