About the Opportunity
Join the Customer Unit East & North Africa (CU ENA) Business Control team and support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management activities.
Working closely with finance professionals and business stakeholders, you will help transform financial and operational data into insights that support decision-making, performance improvement, and value creation across the business.
What You'll Do
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and target-setting activities
  • Prepare management reporting and business performance analyses
  • Contribute to business simulations, business cases, and scenario analysis
  • Support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Assist with innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support period-end closing activities and financial performance reviews
  • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders across the Customer Unit
  • Support internal and external audit activities where required
  • Help transform data into insights that support business performance and decision-making

Who You Are
We are looking for individuals with strong potential who are excited to learn, solve problems, and make an impact:
  • Recently graduated or in the early stages of your professional career
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in business performance, data, and decision-making
  • Comfortable working with numbers, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Motivated to develop in an international and fast-paced environment
  • Interested in using data and insights to support business success
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
