An Insider's view of NEXT Trucking

What’s the vibe like in the office?

“If I were to describe the vibe in one word it would be grit. Everyone here comes into the office ready to learn and band together to solve the complex problems that our drivers face everyday.”

Steven

Senior Product Manager

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

“The challenges truck drivers face, are the challenges we are dead set on solving. For far too long, drivers have been forced to deal with the inefficiencies of an archaic, tech-devoid industry. We exist to give drivers the tools to manage their workday, exceed their income goals, and run and grow their business efficiently."

Roy

Product Marketer

What are some things you learned at the company?

"I’ve been able to hone my coding skills while working with a multi-national team to achieve success in the logistics industry."

David

Accounting Operations Manager

What is your vision for the company?

"We are committed to a greener future, using technology to limit idling and deadhead in order to reduce carbon emissions at the Ports of LA and LB."

Ashley

Director of Product Management

What makes someone successful on your team?

"If you want to solve insanely complex design problems in the logistics industry, this is the place! As product design team grows, we are looking for individuals who wear different hats- you are capable of zooming out to get a big picture view of the entire process, and doesn't scared of rolling up the sleeve and dive into some messy details."

Michelle

Senior Product Designer
