Our Finance team transforms our strategic objectives into an actionable plan with business intelligence, forecasting expertise and rigorous reporting. As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will be an integral member of the team, providing high-quality financial analysis and reporting to enable the company and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives. Primary functions will include weekly/monthly metrics reporting related to the month-end close process, budgeting associated with the annual strategic plan cycle, monthly P&L forecasting, and ad hoc analyses in support of various business leaders. In this role you will:

• Maintain and update monthly forecast, budget, and operating models
• Track and analyze subscriber information
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations for senior management, which include maintaining metrics information and graphs
• Contribute to product development initiatives by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to provide necessary financial insights into the business and feature
• Work with business analytics group to understand the business dynamics to help leaders make better decisions
• Develop ad hoc financial analyses and business cases for key initiatives

We're looking for:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, planning and analysis, public accounting, or mix thereof
• Must be analytical with a strong attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet necessary deadlines with limited supervision
• Driven to meet and exceed goals regarding quality and delivery of analysis and projects
• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills required
• Hyperion Planning/Essbase knowledge required
• Subscription/SaaS or Digital Media business knowledge/experience (Nice to have)
• Knowledge of SQL (Nice to have)
