Responsibilities
- Design, build & own complex dynamic financial models that will support a wide variety of business initiatives and strategic scenario analyses
- Engage with management to understand critical business levers that drive growth, performance and profitability
- Communicate your analysis to key stakeholders and senior leaders across the organization
- Analyze market and competitor trends and various industry projects
- Partner with business analytics and accounting teams to drive deliverables and improve processes
- Compile and review financial results to highlight and explain variance to budget
- Assist in the financial forecasting/ planning/budgeting process
- Create and update materials for board meetings and investor presentations
- Provide ad hoc analyses and decision support to all finance and corporate strategy projects
- Partner with corporate leaders on department budget management and savings initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, or other technical concentration
- Ideally 2-4 years experience in Investment Banking, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance
Skills
- Understanding of Subscription-based revenue models
- Firm understanding of Corporate Finance
- Exceptional analytical abilities and strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, with a high level of curiosity and self-motivation
- Must possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
- Familiarity with SQL for managing and reporting data in relational database management systems, a plus
- Experience using Adaptive Insights is a plus
