We are looking for a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join the Finance and Strategy team at GoGuardian to drive greater insight and business partnering across all sides of the business. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting and management reporting while working closely with the sales and marketing team to identify trends and deliver more accurate forecasts, meaningful performance updates and actionable insights. This role is highly visible across the company and will work closely with the CFO and Leadership Team.

Successful candidates will be highly inquisitive and collaborative with demonstrated success in business partnering, financial modeling and process improvement. Great proactive communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget and forecast process (monthly and quarterly forecasts, scenario modeling)
• Drive improved management reporting and variance analysis; distill and synthesize issues, communicate key messages and trends to Leadership and extended senior management team
• Identify and execute financial analyses to drive business performance
• Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management and Board of Director meetings
• Work collaboratively with Accounting and Science & Analytics teams to drive process improvement and business insight
• Build detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate capital allocation and ROI
• Assist in other ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related degree
• 5+ years experience in FP&A or corporate finance preferably in SaaS, enterprise software or eCommerce company. Will consider MBA in lieu of experience
• Ability to work cross functionally and influence appropriately
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem solving skills
• Ability to inspire and coach team members in career and skill development
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to think strategically and operate effectively across the company
• Experience with Looker, Intacct, SQL, Python or other BI tools.
