Sales Finance Analyst
About the Sales Finance Analyst at Headspace:
We are looking for a motivated, highly organized and detail oriented individual to help prepare and maintain our day-to-day B2B/Partnerships finance and revenue operations. The ideal candidate will be system savvy, meticulous, detail oriented, personable, and able to both take direction and take initiative.
The position reports directly to the Sales Finance Manager with plenty of opportunity to grow into a senior level over time.

- Document and maintain integrity of quote to cash process.
- Key role in negotiating and resolving the needs of sales organization and finance requirements through the deal process (including but not limited to enforcing pricing and discount approvals, invoice preparation, collections, etc.)
- Partner with our Sales Operations & Accounting teams to ensure all processes are operating flawlessly
- Be a part of training new hires on everything billing and contracts related
- Prepare various financial and accounting reports as necessary
- Audit, maintain and manage data in Salesforce and Netsuite
- Assist in preparation of commission letters and payouts
- Invoice customers, monitor aging receivables, and perform AR collections

Minimum qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant accounting, finance or deal desk experience, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment
- Have 2+ years of experience with a CRM and ERP
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- Have strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
- Have startup environment experience and be willing to change as we change
- Are knowledgeable of sales processes within the enterprise software industry
- Analyzing sales opportunities to ensure they correctly aligned with finance, product pricing, corporate goals and business objectives
