Job Description

We’re looking for a Revenue Coordinator to join Procore’s Office of the CRO team. In this role, you’ll manage a wide range of administrative tasks to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our CRO team.

As a Revenue Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with external stakeholders, Procore’s executive administrative staff, and the Revenue Leadership Team to support the department’s increasing demands. You’ll support a range of projects in a fast-paced environment, always looking for the most productive and efficient way to accomplish your objectives. The ability to prioritize based on company and team goals is essential. This is a great opportunity to leverage your resourcefulness, organizational skills, flexibility, and proactive approach to identify and solve current and anticipated challenges.

This position reports to the Supervisor of the Office of the CRO and will be based in our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. 

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the Supervisor of the Office of the CRO, and the administrative staff to complete a wide variety of tasks, including managing an active calendar of appointments, monitoring and responding to emails, organizing travel and agendas, event planning, and completing expense reports
  • Prioritize deadline-driven, conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously to successful completion
  • Manage a variety of confidential projects 
  • In an ever-changing work environment, identify effective and efficient ways to manage administrative tasks and solve complex scheduling issues
  • Collaborate with others to organize calendar events and cross-department meetings as well as taking meeting minutes, respond to questions, and manage next steps
  • Collaborate and partner with all executive stakeholders
  • Conduct errands and go on daily breakfast and/or lunch runs for the team
  • Order and track the purchase of office supplies and gifts

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive administrative support role and 1+ years of experience using Salesforce, Slack, and Google Applications
  • Exceptional calendar management skills and experience managing executive travel 
  • Experience with event planning and expense approvals preferred
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills 
  • Approachable demeanor with strong communication skills, as well as a curious attitude with a strong desire to learn
  • Comfort engaging in basic accounting practices
  • Impeccable attention to detail
