Fair’s Strategy team sets the strategy and business plan for the overall company. The Strategy team works horizontally across the company and across functions to set the plan and KPIs for different business units. The team leverages market research and data analytics to provide actionable insights to achieve those goals. In addition, the Strategy team will evaluate new business opportunities and be engaged in M&A and build vs. buy decisions. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the business unit leaders to set the plan, strategy, and KPIs for the business as a whole and for individual business units
  • Perform ad hoc strategy, research, modeling, and analytics projects to help guide decision making
  • Monitor business performance across relevant KPIs and conduct deep-dive investigations to understand the “why” behind how metrics are performing
  • Be a strong project and stakeholder manager
  • Have the ability to execute projects of varying urgency and scope with minimal guidance
  • Manage a team as the business grows

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university
  • MBA a plus but not required
  • 8+ years of experience of consulting / investment banking / business intelligence / strategy / high-growth operations or startup experience
  • Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong, demonstrated analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset: you seek out learning opportunities for yourself
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal guidance and cross-functionally with various teams
