PRICING ANALYST
TeleSign is hiring a Pricing Analyst to drive the success of high-profile, direct margin optimization initiatives. Pricing Analyst executes the company’s pricing strategy, measures its success and makes operational decisions to adjust pricing based on results to maximize direct margin. A successful candidate is a problem-solver with strong work ethic and communication skills. This role directly impacts the achievement of company objectives. Compensation includes salary (commensurate with experience) plus a bonus for attaining both personal and company objectives.
Essential Functions
- Maximize TeleSign’s direct margin by setting optimal pricing for new products, prospective customers and existing clients.
- Monitor market and client activity, and make operational decisions based on observations with speed and accuracy.
- Measure and forecast the impact of pricing and buying decisions on business KPIs.
- Develop tools and reports to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
- Use integral pricing knowledge to partner with and inform decisions made by the supplier management teams.
- Work closely with Sales, FP&A, Routing and Product.
- Maintain a proactive understanding of the telecommunications industry, helping TeleSign retain its competitive edge.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master of Science degree in Economics, Statistics or other applicable fields.
- 2-4 years of work experience in business analytics, pricing strategy or revenue management.
- Proficient in English, verbal and written.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and consultative skills.
- Keenly focused, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective at both technical and executive levels.
- Must be a self-motivated, problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- Interest in innovative technology, communications, or software industries.

- Experience working with global teams.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
