AvantStay is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join the finance team. Optimizing revenue management and dynamic pricing practices is central to our continued success as we grow into new markets and increase the number of properties in our portfolio each month.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set pricing strategy and tactics for each property and each market.
Optimize pricing and revenue management through software integration.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to drive decisions around pricing, seasonality, inventory management, acquisition and turnover.
Effectively communicate both daily, monthly and quarterly revenue performance, pick-up response, metrics and bottom-line results to various stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis for actionable insights on daily pricing strategies as well as long-term forecasting across various markets.
Strategically devise and test a variety of promotion strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Autonomous and highly motivated self-starter.
2+ years of experience in data analysis.
Ideally, past experience with pricing within hospitality, travel or with an OTA.
Knowledge of revenue management metrics within the hospitality market.
Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and creative affinity.
Flexibility and bandwidth to establish systems without a set structure in place.
Expertise with spreadsheets.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bachelors with 2 years experience or a Masters degree in a quantitative discipline like economics, finance, mathematics, or statistics.
