The Role:

The Manager, Finance will oversee the financial reporting and budget processes of the Company. This position reports to our Chief Financial Officer and is located at Landline’s corporate headquarters on the Hawthorne Airport campus in Los Angeles County, California.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage all financial reporting.
  • Prepare budgets and analyze variance.
  • Oversee our AR/AP processes.
  • Work cross-functionally in identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Provide key information to the leadership team.
  • Coordinate activities of external accountants and auditors.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the CFO.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of FP&A experience.
  • Expert Excel modeling skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with an understanding of forecasting techniques and variance analysis.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to all levels within the Company.
  • Capacity to work effectively in changing situations.
  • Ability to accept ownership, responsibility and accountability of functional obligations.
  • Proven success in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work well with little supervision, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead a small team as the Company grows.
